Question by Love being a mom!: Does anyone else wear maternity pants but regular shirts?!?
I know that this sounds weird!!! But I can't fit into regular jeans without using the "rubber band" method!!! So I have been wearing maternity pants! But I am just not into the maternity shirts yet. I swim in them. So I am going shopping today and going to buy regular shirts. Its almost summer so I want to get a ton of solid color tanks but dress them up with cute accessories. But do you think its tacky to wear tight shirts while pregnant? I have always been into fashion and I am loving my baby bump and don't want to hide it and I want to feel cute again!! I also want to show off my baby bump!!! Does anyone else do this? Cute to wear tight shirts while pregnant or not? Thanks girls!!!

i will be 18 weeks 2mar!!!
ohh the tank tops i buy are the long and lean kind. I don't want to look like pooh bear!!! lolll!!!!!!!!!!!

and BoHo is so in and those tops are rather flowy!!!!!!

yayyy i can't wait to go shopping today now!!

I am 29 weeks and I am still wearing some regular shirts. I can't wear regular pants anymore, but some of my longer/baggier shirts still work.

Question by Graysonfour: School district employee dress code in Administration building...not clear at all. What's your opinion?
"The dress and grooming of District employees shall be clean, neat, in a manner appropriate for their assignments, and in accordance with any additional standards established by their supervisors and approved by the Superintendent."
That is what our dress code states in the employee handbook. Yesterday an email was sent out telling us that “summer casual” does come with certain restrictions. We must make sure that our attire is still “business appropriate”. Flip flops, jeans, tank tops, shorts, swim trunks, golf cleats, Easter bonnets, side-arms, gardening gloves, Budweiser t shirts, and gang colors are all prohibited. "
As you can see some of it was said jokingly...however I'm wondering about the jeans thing. I began working here over two months ago, and every Friday my department was allowed to wear jeans. Now we don't know what to think because of this email. I'm also 30 weeks pregnant and can't afford to buy more maternity 'dress' pants. What do ya'll think?

Obviously the email was sent out because the dressing habits were getting too lax. Maybe the "friday jeans" are one example of how the dress code was being violated and they sent the email out to get people back in line.
I would suggest avoiding jeans from now on.
